Apartment in the historic center of Cadiz, just a few meters away from "Plaza de Mina". It is located on the first floor of restored building (built in 1867) with common courtyard. The apartment counts 2 bedrooms, a shower bathroom, a living room with dining area and a fitted kitchen (overviewing the inner courtyard). The rooms feature French balconies and high ceiling with wooden beams.
 The apartment has been completely restored in 2016 (electricity and water connections are new, also the fitted wardrobes, the kitchen furniture and equipment) and the original mahogany entrance door has been refurbished. The monthly communal fees are aprox. 30 Euro.
